Control of Tubes

Standard plates hold either 96 or 384 tubes containing substances or analytical samples. Tubes are randomly distributed and not sorted automatically on the plates. The camera system detects the presence of tubes as well as presence or absence and type of seal (foil, cap). The EAN128 barcode is scanned on every rack and recorded data transferred to the warehouse robot. The Vision System guarantees a safe refrigeration storage process. The camera needs to function reliably in temperatures of -25°C and must be equipped with a condensation guard. The highly sensitive scan and detection function requires a specially designed LED flashlight.
