Print Control of Pharmaceutical Labels

A QualiVision camera system reliably inspects lot numbers, sterilisation and expiry dates on labels to ensure safe production. The system scans graphical characters (OCR/OCV) and compares them against pre-set parameters, controlling print quality and positioning of fixed or variable data and inspecting the label surface for other flaws such as creases, blisters or streaks, ensuring that no faulty labels are attached to products.
