QualiReader Release 3.20
Enhance your quality assurance with the latest QualiReader release. This update strengthens compliance readiness, extends hardware and printer support, and refines inspection functions and controls for smoother, more reliable day-to-day operation.
General
- Automatic SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) generation to meet the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
- On-screen keyboard size can now be adjusted in the system settings.
- The check-step timing view is now integrated into the inspection view and available as a new tab under system messages.

- Support for color camera r2L4096-42g5c.
- New Tichawa VUCIS camera implemented.
Check Functions
- Template matching: optional selection of an existing database.
- Character Reading:
- Oversized or undersized characters can now be discarded.
- New options for more flexible control of graph inspection.
- Print Image Inspection:
- Graphs of adjacent check areas are now generated without gaps between them.
- Check area creation during the learning pass has been revised. Areas now tend to be more stable.
- Performance improvement in the learning pass of the 4x pattern search.
Controls
- Vision Tools:
- Visualization of training data implemented.
- Vision Tool Label Inspection: plausibility check for incorrect or missing labels implemented.
- Auxiliary grid is now dynamically adjustable.
- PosCorr is now permitted within logical groups.
- Visualization of teach errors in the UI.
