We generally acknowledge receipt of a report within 5 business days.
Please describe the affected product or project as precisely as possible and include information that helps us understand and reproduce the issue. Useful details include version, system environment, potential impact, and reproduction steps.
For confidential reports, we provide a public PGP/OpenPGP key for encrypted communication on this page or as a linked download. When using it, please verify the published fingerprint.
The PSIRT team reviews incoming reports on a regular basis; response times outside normal business hours may vary. If you suspect an actively exploited vulnerability or a severe security incident, please clearly indicate the urgency in your report.
Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure
QualiVision supports coordinated vulnerability disclosure. If you report a security issue, we ask you to give us reasonable time to review, assess, and prepare corrective measures before publishing technical details. As a general guideline, we work with a timeframe of around 90 days; in justified cases (e.g. for complex technical fixes), this may be extended in coordination with you.
This reporting channel covers QualiVision products, software, and related online resources provided by QualiVision. It does not cover third-party systems or services, nor testing that affects the availability, integrity, or confidentiality of customer systems.
We ask reporters to:
- submit findings only through the published contact channels
- keep technical details confidential until coordinated disclosure has been agreed
- avoid disrupting customer systems
- avoid changing, deleting, or disclosing customer or third-party data
- limit testing to what is necessary to demonstrate the issue
We regard good-faith security research within this framework as supportive of product security.
Our goal is a constructive and responsible process that minimizes risk for customers and systems.
Where required by applicable regulation, we inform affected customers about relevant security issues and available remediation measures.
Security Advisories
Where required, QualiVision publishes security-relevant information for products and solutions in the form of Security Advisories.
Such advisories may include:
- affected products or solution areas
- description of the impact
- recommended measures or workarounds
- information on corrections, updates, or next steps
Project-specific or customer-specific information may additionally be communicated directly as part of ongoing support and service processes.
